This article will introduce you to our spaces feature.

With spaces, you can group related collections and stay focused on the task at hand.

You can create spaces for your projects, work, and personal life and customize them to your liking in just a few clicks.

Let's take a look and see how it works!

Creating a space

To create a space, click on your user menu and select Spaces.

Next, click the New Space button.

Then, enter a name for your space and click Save.

And just like that, you've added a new space.

You can add any number of collections to a given space. Collections can be added to one or more spaces at the same time.

Adding collections to a space

Adding existing collections to your newly created space couldn't be easier!

First, click on the collection handlebar and select Add to Spaces.

You can add and remove the collection from a space with a single click in the Add to Spaces modal. This can be done at any time.

Switching spaces

To switch between spaces, click the Spaces button next to the search bar or press Shift+S on your keyboard.

Next, press the left and right arrow keys to find your space and enter to select it.

And just like that, you've switched spaces.

Personalizing your space

You can personalize each space as you would your main page. To do this, head over to your user menu and click Appearance.

From here, you can change your theme and upload a background image for your newly created space.

Viewing all collections

You can view all of your collections by heading back to the All Collections page.

To do this, press Shift+S to bring up the space switcher.

Next, press the right arrow key until you see All Collections and press enter.

You can now see all your collections displayed on one page.

Deleting a space

To delete a space, open your user menu and select Spaces.

Next, select the space you wish to delete and click Delete.

A dialog box will appear. Click OK to confirm.
